I am discussing whole wheat berries, ground into flour into homemade bread. If you have never tried bread this way, you haven't tried real bread.
I have fixed kids in my inner circle with severe constipation. Kids were so bad they had to poop laying down on their stomach and crying in pain and could not be potty trained. I bake them bread and they are normal.
I'd rather eat real bread than be in pain or take medicine. It's literally only one slice a day that made a difference. I am 115lbs so watching my weight with "evil carbs" isn't an issue.
Lean meat, veggies, small carb with every meal. I am hypoglycemic. I drink water all day, one cup of coffee. I eat a few snacks a day, mostly peanut butter based.
Stop eating all plants, that includes oils from plants and seeds of plants. Fatty read meat is recommended, without any plants with it. IF you want to eat plants with the meat, eat it first. Wait about 30-minutes minimum before eating the meat.
Peanuts are forbidden!
Fruits are fine, if you're off vegetable oils, but they are treats, not food.
Coffee is fine for now. It'll keep you from dumping oxalates too quickly. Try to get mold and fungus-free coffee.
If you stop eating plants, you won't need to snack. Your body will have all the nutrients you need. Snacking is a bad sign.
Push breakfast back an hour until your lunch is breakfast. Give your digestive system a break.
