California city nearly eliminates homeless population with zero-tolerance policy on encampments

Coronado, California, has the lowest homeless population in the state. The mayor credited a no-encampment policy and housing resources in curbing the trend.

Indian Wells, CA also doesn’t have a homeless problem. I wonder what they do... Oh yea, When they see them, they give them a choice, go with them to a shelter or pack your shit and leave.
