That was of course a terrible case of cops not believing this homeless person and thinking she is acting. Unfortunately these individuals make up stories when you try to move or confront them and was clearly the experience of these guys. I don't advocate for cops blindly as many are corrupt but I also have experience working with people with mental illness and they do a lot of acting to get what they want.
