Airliners should dump their waste tanks when they fly over.

I didn't know that about airliners. I've never set foot on one. If there is a road somewhere, I'll drive it. I've been all over the eastern 2/3 of the US from NY to FL and ND to TX. I haven't been to New England yet, but I have been in Canada back in the 60s when passports weren't necessary.
