98% - what a joke! It is an industry, a money machine.
My aunt was a big giver to foundations for all kind of good purposes. When I had to prepare her house for the sale, I found the letters of them everywhere. Probably she was hesitant to just throw them away, because she was so guilt ridden to do s.th. for all the suffering in the world and at the same time she wanted to keep her money for bad days.
...good hearts and kind souls were fertile ground for exploitation...
