The dude filming is more concerned about identifying who "hit" him than providing immediate first aid. How does he know he was hit? The hat looked as if it was set next to him. With the lack of aid, the victim could have easily died. Apparently, this was for his YouTube channel. What a pathetic person this video junkie is. It wouldn't surprise me he himself was the perpetrator.
