Hey I spoke with a guy today and he was telling me there's a new rule put into place by that retarded democrat Nikki Fried that says if you bring an older vehicle in from out of state, it has to be brought to one of the 3 cities for titling and inspection: Tampa, Titusville, and I think it was down in Dade county. I can't seem to pull something up about this but this is horrendous.
