Sexual harassment can be done with words, I'm sure a judge would interpret a garment harassment law by the same standards. Mind, this isn't just for religion, but ethnicity as well. This allows satanic and 'Death to America' t-shirts and lays a felony on anyone who criticizes such messages out loud.
