The people need to take back control of their world.
Why do we have train wrecks and it takes WEEKS to find out what we have been exposed to... they have INSTANT access to what is on / in EACH AND EVERY FUCKING CAR in the train.

The root of the problem is the railroad companies law and land, in many cases preceeded states. Railroad law was written to encourage development in the 1800 toward the west. Large railroads own continuous property accross the country crossing state, county and city lands. Railroad crossings are owned by the railroads and all others yield to trains. Law is written to favor railroads not people, cities or towns.
