The people need to take back control of their world.

Why do we have train wrecks and it takes WEEKS to find out what we have been exposed to... they have INSTANT access to what is on / in EACH AND EVERY FUCKING CAR in the train.

This has been a fact of life for about 150 years. You are now waking up to it? The question has already been considered, long ago, with cargo safety markings coded per hazard entailed. Regulated by the Interstate Commerce Commission and monitored by the Department of Transportation.
