When people say inaction.

I am assuming they mean a bunch of us should take up arms. Then run inside the capitals and start throwing them out???

That's what the Cabal wants! They need some type of physical war.

We have to let them destroy while we wake up more people. If 90% of the population agrees that we are under attack.

At that time it would be easy to call for Military Tribunals.
