That looks manipulated to me because you cannot actually hear Biden say the words "I am" at the beginning of the video. That tells me someone manipulated the video in order to clip the words off Biden said just before the video starts. The video looks like it was modified to make it seem like Biden said something he may not have actually said. This one doesn't pass the smell test for me. Sorry but this is a political hack job video in my opinion and not the truth. I wish it was because I don't like Biden any more than you do. He's a political puppet on a string and the whole world knows it already.
