I am making this post for information purposes because I have not seen any other posts covering this angle on the derailment aftermath with any specificity. Buried within the mountains of US agency regulations there may be mechanisms that were put into place that could force Americans from their homes under the guise of superfund cleanup or other such environmental abuses and overreach. I am not claiming that this is what is taking place. But, the possibility exists and should not be dismissed. Therefore, all scenarios are on the table and must be explored so that we are not taken by surprise. The elitists have made no secret about what they want to do and they are going to use health and the environment as the rationale to accomplish their goals. We ignore them at our own peril. This could be a beta test by them for future actions. Lockstep beta testing is taking place worldwide. Haven't we seen this playbook before?
I don't normally listen to Tim Truth, but he has been all over this crisis from an angle that I don't see others pursuing and he produces the receipts. He has done the work of pulling this information off of the government websites and has made phone calls to some of the agencies. He has put together possible ways that regulatory bodies within the government could force Americans off their land. When I stand back and look at what is taking place with this Hegelian problem and the solutions that seem to be taking shape, some of these theoretical pieces seem to be moving into place - especially if the end goal is a land grab for some of the best farm land in the country, if not the world. Tim Truth has other videos on his channel covering this disaster - some short and to the point, while others are more a detailed dive.
If you are affected by this disaster, or know someone that is, education and information are vital. Please share. Make of this information what you will. Nothing is concrete and so far there are just a bunch of data points that may or may not paint a certain picture. But, the picture that is starting to develop is beginning to look very ugly. Be informed - that is our best weapon.
The video about the orange railroad car sitting adjacent to the crash site near water drainage is quite curious. There may also be a angle involving the water. Intel is building a couple of microchip plants outside of Cleveland that are going to require enormous amounts of water and energy. Not sure if this is a factor - but you never know. WATCH THE WATER.

Update: Heard that possibly one of the reasons that there is a potential land grab taking place is due to rare earth metals in that area that are needed for the green agenda BS. Any anons out there that can verify this would be helpful.

Moreover, this also facilitates the corralling of these soon-to-be displaced peoples into the new 15-minute cities. The valuation of the houses in the area shall decrease, or the EPA themselves will come in and confiscate the property via "windfall legislation" or Windfall Liens Guidance. Permitting them to, in many ways, confiscate the land by designating it as "contaminated" and thus placing costs upon the local government that will be exorbitant for the "clean up", hence leading to a defacto acquisition of the state via indebtedness and the national and media backlash upon them, conceivably.
These "superfund sites" all coincide with the almost 30 chemical spill incidents in recent months and the UK and Australia also have similar "superfund sites". This is the underhanded covert acquisition of land and the displacement of the people from it.

My question is, how did they place (remove) a train car from the tracks? Had to have been a crane. Maybe I’ve never noticed before, but In all my travels (all these years along miles and miles of train tracks/yards), I’ve never seen a random train deposited along the side and sitting in the dirt. I could not tell if there was a side track there or not. If not, that adds to the strangeness and that was why Tim was asking - what the hell was that car doing there? - especially where it was located next to the water drainage. Strange indeed. I have not seen anyone else covering it.
I agree that the actual situation is not as bad as what it is being made out to be. Of course the fear is heightened with cries to "Do something!" In addition, I also thought it was odd that before anyone had any results from any real testing that a narrative around dioxin was forming. Tim also does a good job laying out the fact that dioxins are a big catch all for several compounds fitting that description. Some worse than others. Mike Adams has been one of the biggest fear porn pushers around the dioxin issue. The EPA and superfund cleanups already have experience with dioxin and some of their cleanup policies were made to deal with dioxin. Their crap is not hard to figure out once you recognize their playbook.
Like the Rona, they are fear mongering the population to form consent. I am beginning to think that the one page doc they managed to get some of the residents to sign that first week was a kind of beta test to see if people would be willing to sign away their rights due to fear. That one page doc looked like someone threw it together in a couple of minutes. It basically absolved NS from all future liability in exchange for allowing NS to test. Some of those residents were so scared at that point that they would sign anything to get some kind information - all part of the psyop. Of course the residents will probably never get any real results in exchange for handing over their rights for compensation. However, I am sure a good attorney can take and blow that one page doc to hell in a lawsuit. That is what makes me think it may have been a test to see how pliable the population was for what they really want to unleash. That is why educating the people that are there, and the rest of us, is critical. People need to start reading shit before they sign it.
The crap going on with the WHO IHR amendments is the other area I have been trying to get more eyes on. Give the WHO unelected, unchecked power over health emergencies coupled with environmental causation, and the world is not going to know what hit them. They are gearing up for their next power grab. I am not going to eat ze bugs.

So many of my sheeple are still clueless that some days I really wonder if we, Americans collectively, are actually going to survive this.
It has always been about a remnant that survives. It is called survival of the fittest and it is a very real principle - even for humans. I know some of us will survive. But whether America survives, now that is a different matter. We really don't want what we currently have to survive anyway. It needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.
At this point, it is all about getting prepared for the ark because the rains are going to start soon. This is why we must get ahead of these bastards before they can start grabbing land. If they can get away with that, all the prep in the world isn't going to help.
They are in panic mode and are being forced to move forward with their plans before they were ready. Parts of it, like their digital system, is not ready for prime time from what I hear. Therefore, they have to run with what they have because there are far too many moving pieces to this that were put into motion and cannot be stopped. They are running a huge risk that the sheeple will wake up and go after them with torches and pitchforks. History if full of those incidents where power pushed too hard and it turned around and bit them in the ass. They have no choice. The fiat system they built is on life support and they must get the population either reduced or have their attention diverted somewhere else. Tic toc.
