Well they have to be evaluated before being legally detained in/at a psychiatric facility. There is Federal Welfare and Institution Codes to counter such legal abuses being done besides breaching the Constitution. No psychiatrist would risk their license for this BS Bill if, if it made it through voting.

I used to live there. They were looking to send vaccine deniers to psych ward by hook and crook.

Yes but it butts up against Federal W&I Codes. It’s an act of Congress to change those, not just 1 State. That’s why even those sorts of vaxx crap psyc referrals couldn’t go through.
