One reason I always used to eat meat is because you need less of it than eating plants or fruits to sustain your body.
But lately I'm trying to take animals out of my diet. Just an experiment to see how my body and brain functions without it. I feel nothing special except craving after meat. Just like if you were addicted to sugar or beer and what not.
I'm also seeing many people debating that in the bible God says that fruits are our meat. Others are saying that God only allowed us to eat meat after Adam and Eva sinned.
So what do you think yourself is eating meat a sin or is veganism the latest psyop?
No I'm not eating ze bugs!..
If you go totally without animal protein, you will have to really be skilled in understanding how to substitute the same amount of plant-based protein in lieu of the animal protein or you will soon start to deteriorate. My son's fiancé is a vegan and is in the process of starting a vegan meal prep company as a business. Her meals are packed with protein, but she has been studying it for years. She is also a fitness trainer and is extremely strong, lifting weights in the gym even heavier than some men. She also has great endurance, being able to hike or row a boat with the best of them. Although to look at her, she doesn't even look muscular at all, which is odd, but may be from the veganism.
However, there are very many YouTube channels where you can watch the 'healthy people' decide to go vegan and prepare all of these luscious veggies and fruit dishes and eat them, but over months and years as they document their progress, they become increasingly emaciated, their hair goes gray and gets thin, their teeth fall out and they become a shadow of their former self. Many complain of brain fog, headaches, etc. It is crazy. There were a few compilation videos I watched where the person showed before and afters of all of these Youtubers who were fit and good-looking before they went vegan and then looked like they were dying of cancer after a year or two on the vegan plan. I tried to find those particular videos, but I couldn't those specific ones.
The point is, there is a way to do it. But most people don't know how.
Educate yourself and good luck!
And yet, after all the massive problems they experience from their vegan diet, they still insist it's the only healthy way to eat.
They could just eat a bullet instead and it would accomplish the same outcome with a lot less misery, pain, and suffering.
