One reason I always used to eat meat is because you need less of it than eating plants or fruits to sustain your body.
But lately I'm trying to take animals out of my diet. Just an experiment to see how my body and brain functions without it. I feel nothing special except craving after meat. Just like if you were addicted to sugar or beer and what not.
I'm also seeing many people debating that in the bible God says that fruits are our meat. Others are saying that God only allowed us to eat meat after Adam and Eva sinned.
So what do you think yourself is eating meat a sin or is veganism the latest psyop?
No I'm not eating ze bugs!..
Seems to me that plants are a part time food. Plants are medicine, they are sub optimal but an emergency type food that needs the proper preparation to remove things like oxalates, anti nutrients and defense chemicals. Many plants have their nutrition locked up and it requires more of the body’s resources to make those nutrients available.
Meat on the other hand has nutrients that are more bio available. I think this is why people on all meat zero carb diets dont have vitamin c problems. When you don’t need a mountain of nutrients just to help break down all the locked up nutrients in plants, you need less of those nutrients. That’s probably why vegans decay into withered undead, their body is leeched of its resources to digest those kale smoothies they love.
Gimme a steak any day, plants are what my food eats.
