I got the Unsafe warning yesterday bringing up Judy MIkovits's website and I wasn't using Google.

Firefox insists that RT.com doesn't exist. Qwant says it can't find "rt news english" but it's top of the list in Yandex and Presearch.

I use https://swisscows.com for any search that doesn't include a cuss word and https://yandex.com if I don't find what I'm looking for.
