It's not even hidden, weather modifying technology has been public for years.
Cloud-seeding for rain has been around since the 1950s. No big deal. Not terribly effective. Nothing like the scenario suggested for "chemtrails."
Cloud seeding is one example of weather manipulation.
And it is Old Hat and barely works. You have to seed the clouds in order for it to work, which is incompatible with the so-called "chemtrails." You are clutching at straws.
