Hi, guys! I shared with my friend a video of the military with their backs to Biden's motorcade on "Inauguration" day. She is a Trump supporter and believes Biden is fraudulent but asked me who took the video, as it looks like it is someone either in the motorcade or following it. It is the video that has been posted here several times. She said there is nothing to say when, where or who is passing by the military. Can anyone help with provenance?
