I watched that 3 part doc last night about Jared the Subway guy and the FBI sat on that woman's recorded phone convos with that sick fuck for 3 damn years. She'd record him on the phone and hand over the recordings and then nothing would happen.

Since understanding all of this stuff.... my personal theory on Jared is that he only got busted because he pissed someone off. He was taught a lesson for something he did.
