I think this will be roughly in the somewhat distant future. One clue is that Kim says that God is raising up a "slightly handicapped kid" to be a future President. Also, there will be a leader arising out of the middle east.

We have to be very careful putting our own bias to the interpretation of the prophecies.

On June 21, 2012 Clements actually said : "God showed me a leader in Middle East with a weak eye full of light he had hidden for the time to be revealed as a voice of God in the Middle East." " A young boy slightly handicapped being groomed for presidency in the United State of America".

Two separate sentences. It does not say if the young boy "being groomed" in the US comes from God.
