I’ve seen two different clips of Obama speaking when he referred to his spouse as Michael. My wife is also named Michelle, and never have I accidentally referred to her as Michael.

Similar to the infamous clip where he said “my Muslim faith” and the reporter interviewing him prompted him to correct himself, by interjecting “Christian”.
