It is. This is the same lie the used to create a study in Canada funded by black face Hitler to "prove" that the un-vaccinated are more likely to get into car accidents due to being reckless. That was also essentially the title of the study. For anyone who read the study, it actually had 3 categories: drivers, passengers, and pedestrians. Suspiciously, all 3 groups had about the same elevated chance of being hospitalized if in a car accident. Almost like the baseline vaccination rate of the population they used was a lie which means any study comparing vaccinated and unvaccinated would over-estimate the rates among the unvaccinated. Also, the study never publicly released their data so it can't be scrutinized but it had other problems too. The main thing is, from the title, you can tell it was designed as propaganda tool for release to the public. Proper research papers have titles that don't try to draw conclusions and stick to the facts within the paper. As a result, they usually come off as boring and sometimes unclear to the masses due to being very technical.
For the less mathematically inclined, this is a simple example of how you use inflated vaxx numbers to make the vaccinated look bad. It can also be used to make them look good, but oddly enough, I have never seen that:
In area A the vaxx rate is 50%. Inversely, that makes 50% un-vaxxed.
The government lies and says it is 90%. Inversely, that makes 10% un-vaxxed.
You then measure the number of people in car accidents. You get 50% vaxxed in car accidents and 50% unvaxxed in car accidents.
You then draw the conclusion that while the un-vaxxed make up only 10% of the population, they are involved in 50% of the car accidents.
Also, in most areas, the way the government measures the vaxx rate of the population is almost never through a blind survey. It's through how many doses of the death shot they think they have administered and compares that to what they think the population is. This is a method highly prone to error, manipulation, and geared more towards over-estimating the vaxx rate. At one time, their website claimed that 100% of people over 80 in my area were fully vaxxed. I can tell you, I knew 1 person who was well over 80 and was not vaxxed at all. Furthermore, if I knew 1, there had to be more. They pulled those numbers out of their rear ends.
