It wasn't Harris Faulkner (red dress), who was shown in the screen at the same time as Newt Gingrich was speaking. It was her off screen, fellow co-host, Melisa Francis (yellow dress), that made the suggestion that he should not bring George Soros into the discussion. There was also a panelist, Marie Harf, who voiced her agreement with Melisa.
