Ukraine was not created by Stalin, but rather Lenin transferred bunch of Russian territories to Ukraine (I believe today's Donetsk region), and Ukraine has always been the "base" for the Khazarians who created the Soviet Union in the first place.

I have outlined a theory before that Stalin, infact, went against these Khazarians and the Ukraine in general, and was probably the reason why they pulled the plug on the USSR.
