Oh, maybe, after reading comments here, this was a wholesale confiscation of corrupt individuals assets under Trump's EO 13848 or the other EO about human trafficking. Maybe those who are not corrupt, just regular citizens, will be okay. Forgot to add maybe the white hats are using this as a cover story.
