Difficult to be certain of anyone with power, influence and wealth. Redemption is possible for anyone, if they pursue it. Elon is an enigma, however he has been doing good work. Is he a White Hat or a Black Hat? I don't think we will know until the end of the movie. Do I like him? Sure, he has a sense of humor and pokes fun at idiocy. He pushes the boundaries of the current scientific status quo. Do I trust him? Not really, it will take a lot more time and consistency for someone at his level to prove that they are earnest in their path to redemption. This was no different than how I felt about DJT. Although I have a high degree of trust in DJT, I am still always wary of anyone that had been able to play the game for so long under the existing system of corruption, the swamp has been converting good men and women into swamp creatures for longer than I am alive. As I stated above, redemption is possible for anyone that truly seeks it, so I remain hopeful that we are seeing evidence of this.
