The Bank of London is leading a consortium of private equity firms seeking to purchase SVB's arm in the United Kingdom.

Yes, it's s done-deal, it is all over the UK MSM, it's been bought by HSBC for one uk pound.HSBC has said that all deposits are safe and for SVB(UK) it's business as usual.
