Nonsense. Conventional or nuclear warheads are only components. The ALCM was a "nuclear" missile, but some of them have been converted to conventional weapons. The propulsion, airframe, and guidance remains the same. In times past, we had surface-to-air missile systems that alternately had nuclear or conventional warheads (e.g., BOMARC).
