FYI, the .win domains and/or photo(compression) used here can contribute to that odd pixelization. I didn't (and still don't) have a definitive grasp on what goes on with it, but in the past there have been some suspect pictures, yet when one goes to find the source image that stuff isn't there. Wish I could give something more concrete, but all I got is...check the source image to see if those 'photoshop-like' artifacts are in both.
