Let's connect the dots. I don't have time to do a deeper dive, so I will pass on what I found for others to continue digging.

"Gain of Function Research" is also known as "Enhanced Potential Pandemic Pathogen (ePPP) Research."

Pathogen means a harmful microorganism. Pandemic means widespread infection among a population. Potential means it might (or might not) happen. But ... what does "enhanced" mean?

It means "gain of function."

Most people are thinking that "gain of function" is about a bioweapon in a lab. And it very well might include that, but it is NOT ONLY about that.

It ALSO includes psychological manipulation of the population.

... when justified by compelling public health need ... NIH has supported certain research that may be reasonably anticipated to create ... potential pandemic pathogens resulting from the enhancement of a pathogen’s transmissibility and/or virulence in humans.

This research can help us ... inform public health and preparedness efforts, including surveillance and the development of vaccines and medical countermeasures.

For the moment, set aside the biological lab experiments that were funded by NIH. Let's consider what else, other than biological lab experiments, would LEGALLY be a part of this taxpayer-funded research.

What about psychological manipulation of the population?

It says right there that it INCLUDES the actions of (a) informing public health efforts (i.e. telling health "officials" and "doctors" what to do or not do), (b) surveillance (i.e. tracking "cases," mask wearing, lockdowns, etc.), and (c) DEVELOPMENT of vacccines and medical countermeasures (i.e. Covid 19 vaccines, use of Remdesivir and ventilators, isolation of children away from schools, social distancing, closing down businesses, etc.).

NIH is a division within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Why the CDC would need a foundation to fund its "charitable work" when the CDC could just fund things directly is a mystery. But, there it is.

Now then ...

ePPP Research and/or Gain of Function Research could theoretically go along these lines:

• Fauci funds ePPP (and can technically say this is not Gain of Function Research, because it is, more narrowly, ePPP Research)
• Money goes to universities, foreign governments, and non-government organizations (charities)
• The money distributed is used for a variety of purposes, some of which could be biological lab experiments, which is what everyone is focuse on, but ...
• Some of the money can be used for these other purposes, such as telling state health agencies, hospitals and clinics what to do, pushing mask "recommendations," school closures, business closures, lockdowns, and ...
• DEVELOPMENT OF VACCINES.

Yes, the ePPP Research INCLUDES the possibility for paying for (with taxpayer money) the development of Covid 19 vaccines.

It also includes funding for a scheme to push for psychological pressure to get vaccinated (the "get vaxxed" campaign), the pressure to shut businesses and schools, etc.

Even if NOTHING at all is developed in a bioweapons lab, the money is still used for these psychological operations against the public.

The CDC Foundation funded something called the Open Philanthropy Project.

The strange thing is the CDC Foundation website simply states that it is associated with it, but does not actually provide any information at all about it.

Why is the Open Philanthropy Project important? Because it funded Event 201, which was the psychological operation drill that happened just before the Covid 19 scam was unleashed on the public.

The Event 201 website does not say that Johns Hopkins, WEF, or Gates Foundation FUNDED the event. It says Open Philanthropy Project did. It says these other organizations conspired to figure out what the actual psychological operation would be:

What exactly is this Open Philanthropy Project? And who is behind it?

Let's start with their tax returns.

It appears that prior to 2018, they did not exist. In 2018, they had total assets of just $23,000, and nothing before that.

But 2019 was a banner year! The collected $30,000,000 in grants that year. Only one person seems to have done any work for the foundation that year, which was the Director Elie Hassenfeld.

Their 2018 IRS tax return does not tell us where the $30,000,000 came from.

In 2019, there was a HUGH drop in contributions coming into the foundation, with just $75,000 received.

Strangely, they paid out big salaries and fees in 2019, when they had very little money coming in, and nothing at all when they had big money coming in in 2018.

2018 -- $30,000,000 received in grants, with $0 paid out in salaries, even though Hassenfeld also shows $222,000 received in W2/1099 that year. IOW: The numbers do not add up.

2019 - $75,000 received in grants, with $1,672,000 paid out in salaries (those numbers don't add up, either, and Hassenfeld is no longer listed), and $626,000 listed in "other expenses." Among those other exenses was an "independent contractor" fee of $278,000 paid to Viroclinics Biosciences, a Netherlands company (page 8).

In case you are wondering, that seems a little weird.

So, they had massive donations received in 2018 but nothing paid out, then almost nothing received in 2019, but massive amounts paid out.

Again, they do not disclose where their grant money received came from, nor where they paid out money to, which they must have done

Since 2019, they have not filed any Form 990 tax return with the IRS.

They finished 2019 with $29,000,000, so they should have filed returns in 2020, at least.

Either they are not in compliance with IRS, or they changed to a foreign charity (not a US corporation), or there is some loophole I am not aware of.

Clearly, they are still functioning and appear to be a large operation, based on their website.

Having said that, I once looked up NoName's foundation. Their website made it appear as though they had dozens (or hundreds) of people working for or associated with it (including Ashton Kucher, complete with his pic and profile). Their website said they are dedicated to fighting human trafficking (imagine that!). And yet, when I dug into their tax returns, I discovered that their funding came from Saudi Arabia, a Rothschild (or Rockefeller, I can't remember which), and NoName's presidential campaign fund. I further discovered that the only activity they actually did was to write one single check each year to Arizona State University, which went to a part of ASU with NoName's name on it. The foundation did absolutely nothing else at all, according to the tax returns, despite the website appearing to be a huge organization.

I also dug into Kars4Kids. Catchy radio jingle, but when I looked up their tax returns, I discovered that they only thing they do is donate all (or most) of their money to another charity. That charity's primary purpose is to operate a summer camp for Jewish kids, and to pay for trips for Jewish kids to vacation in Israel. Bet you didn't know what all those car donations were REALLY going to, did you?

So, looks can be deceiving. We need more people to dig here.

What do you know? They are involved in such "important causes" as health pandemic issues, investing in Impossible Foods to "accelerate the development of plant-based meats," and other typical causes that push a horrific world on the public.

It appears to me that they created their foundation in 2015 (see page 8, 2019 tax return disclosure), but it did not really do much of anything. They filed a "postcard" tax return for 2016 and 2017. This means they did not receive donations of more than $50,000

They filed a full Form 990 in 2018, which also showed no activity in 2017. But 2018 was that $30 million year.

Then, not much coming in for 2019, and a disappearing act since then.

These returns do not disclose where they got their money from, or who they gave money to, or what happened to that $29 million at the end of 2019.

More to the point, though, they appear to have funded Event 201. So, they sure seem to be "connected" to some puppets and puppet masters.

The Director in 2018 was disclosed to be Elie Hassenfeld, and the founders of this organization are Cari Tuna and Dustin Moskovitz.

Who are these people? Or, some might ask, (((who))) are these people?

Cari Tuna is the wife of Dustin Moskovitz.

Moskovitz is one of the founders of Facebook.

Read through their bios, and you will see they are connected to all the dirty corrupt names we are constantly bombarded with.

The 2019 tax return for Good Ventures shows that this is where the money is.

It had assets of $2 billion.

Interestingly, his name is missing from Wikipedia, even though he is clearly a player in these organizations.

He co-founded Give Well, which appears to be a tool by which to try and funnel large donors into projects that these connected people want to fund.

The question I have is: How much money for these organizations came from the government, including the CDC (via its foundation)?

These are the people who funded Event 201, AND created the "rules" and "guidelines" that the idiots and tyrants push at everyone in the Covid scam.

They ARE the PLAN in Plandemic.

And they ARE pushing for other woke causes.

Taxpayer money is funneled to these people. So, Big Government combines with Big Business to funnel money through these organizations, run by these people, who then come up with tyrannical psychological operations schemes to destroy the rights of the People.

That is also a part of "Gain of Function." There can be no doubt.
