If they don't need the additional taxes then those taxes need to be rescinded post haste. Close down wings of the school, lay off teachers, vice principals, custodians, bus drivers, and cafeteria workers. Just because they don't have the students in the classes does not grant them the right to keep taking taxes from the citizens.
Heck, I wish I could get back the 7K a year for home schooling my kid. I'd have over 80 grand in the bank. That would be a great way to fund his college at a small college. The system is rigged against the students and parents. Time for a good change.
