I think why it’s so tough.

This is 5th generation warfare which is new: This is why Flynn wrote that book.

Humans are used to turning conflicts into physical struggles: So your brain might be wondering where is the physical action. I think this as well.

We have to remind ourselves that this war isn’t physical one: It’s mostly fighting deception and lies.
