Hello Florida Pedes, just been here in south Florida for a couple months, from TX, been in Thailand for the 8 yrs before. Setting up a farm/nursery here, my son needs to go to PRE-K. How in the heck do I do the vaccine exemption here? TX allows me to do it online, no questions asked. What do I have to do? I understand it is the 681 form but where do I get this? What do I do? Please explain to me like a mild retard, because of reasons. Thank you.

Dont send your kid to school! I live in Florida, I homeschool 5 and run a farm. Its doable.
"we have a religious exemption"
it's pretty easy
Looks like you need to get the form from the county health department. You might try to find a pediatrician that seems decent and see if they can help you. Here's a tool to locate the County Health Department for your county --
https://www.floridahealth.gov/all-county-locations.html
Click on the County box and scroll down to your county, click enter. Then click on the Search button and it will display the location(s) in your county, addresses, etc.
.
For more background information start here : https://www.floridahealth.gov/programs-and-services/childrens-health/school-health/enrollment.html
.
Go to the "Florida Certification of Immunization" around the middle-bottom of the page.
.
Click on the link for "Immunization Guidelines for Schools, Childcare Facilities and Family Daycare Homes"
Scroll down to Page 12 (see page numbers at the bottom of each page in the PDF file) and review the section for Religious Exemptions.
.
There are also phone numbers to call on the FDOH (Florida Department of Health) website. Make sure you have your religious exemption beliefs "in order", so to speak, if/before you call in case they ask you anything about that.
.
This looks to be very thorough , long, but should cover any questions --

From the above link -- "... Q: What information do I need to provide the county health department when I request a religious exemption?
Florida law provides that you are entitled to a religious exemption. When requesting a religious exemption, it is NOT necessary to provide any administrative evidence that proves your religious beliefs. Any agent acting on behalf of the state in compliance with vaccine mandates may not ask for religious documentation, letters from religious leaders, or church membership. It is also not necessary to discuss any other particulars regarding your beliefs or your child’s health history.
The standardized approved religious exemption form (DH 681) requires only your child’s name and birth date, the requesting parent or legal guardian’s name, the date of authorization, and the signatures of the county director and the parent/guardian. The social security number of the child is optional, but not required. You need only provide valid identification. ..."
You are the real MVP
Go to County Board of Health. Child will likely need to be present with you. Front desk can tell you where in the building to go to fill out paperwork for religious exemption. They process the form, hand your completed form and you’re on your way. Take completed form to child’s school. They make a copy of it and give you back the original.

Don't send your child to any indoctrination center. All the evidence shows that enrollment in early "education" does NOT socialize better or have any lasting beneficial outcome. You will all be sick constantly, he will be exposed to shedding from the vaccinated, and on to of that he will have more behavioral issues, subject to bullying, be more insecure, and not learn anything more than what would naturally be absorbed at home.
Our kids need us more than ever, to protect them and raise them to be self-actualized individuals who think for themselves. Groomers are always attracted to places they can access little ones.
