Remember Jackie Berger and John Thaler - the ones claiming Maricopa County is a racketeering organization? The ones who say they caught Katie Hobbs engaging in fraudulent real estate transactions?

Was doing other research and came across the name of Ray Epps in the Maricopa County Recorder's database.

You should probably take a look at what I've found.
