Something like 2 sinks and 2 Toilets per cell. Cells are essentially giant holding cells. So no privacy. Something like 100+ men per cell. No blankets on mattresses on the sheet metal bed. Only time Prisoners are supposed to leave the cell is when they’re being taken to solitary confinement.

There is Workout Rooms, Cafeterias, and other amenities on site. But those are strictly for Guards and Police.

Frankly the facility seems to be built to give the Prison Mortician major overtime. As I’d imagine whoever clogs or backups the Toilets is getting shived.
