She has had trapped excess mucous for over 1 year now. I don’t know what to do. My pediatrician hasn’t called me back on it yet. I bought a powder form. Apparently it’s a miracle to get rid of mucous, among other more serious, benefits ( like liver detoxification)

Hi, I've been taking NAC, for 1 year now, along with a bunch of other supplements to keep myself healthy. NAC is so good at doing what it does that Big Pharma and their supporters were angling to get it taking off the market and made available only by Rx. That's when you know it has value.
Re your daughter - both my kids were plagued with sinus infections, blocked sinuses resulting in headaches, sore throats, fevers, stomach aches (all related to the sinus) for most of their grade school years. After many doctor's visits with a 'Harvard-trained Top Doc', his only solution was antibiotics which never helped. EVER.
They ate very healthily, practiced good hygiene, took probiotics, but it still happened frequently. I couldn't understand it. We even did a sinuplasty on my daughter, but it made no difference.
In desperation for them, I came upon a remedy that stopped the problem in its tracks. Both my kids (now young adults) repeat this all the time and are no longer bothered by sinus issues.
Here's what we did: I got them a sinus rinse kit, a jug of distilled water, a super potent refrigerated probiotic along with a big bottle of chewable Vit C and some peroxide and denture cleaner(!)
Checklist to Buy:
Re the probiotic: The Natren Healthy Trinity was a miracle. It made all the difference. You buy it at a health food store, Sprouts or similar. It is in the refrigerated section as it is a living product in hibernation. Bring a thermal lunch bag with an ice pack to keep it cold during transport. Or, buy a bag of frozen corn at the store and put it next to it in the bag for the drive home. It is very fragile. This probiotic must be kept in the fridge and only taken with distilled (non-chlorine) water at cool or room temperature, not hot! You want it to stay in hibernation until it gets into the small intestine.
Directions to be done when symptoms are present:
Stir until salt is dissolved. Transfer this to your spouted container. Test liquid on the back of your wrist to make sure it is not too warm. Inhale the salty water into each nostril over the sink, spitting out the salty water that rolls down the throat. Blow nose as needed.
Make sure both sides of the nose inhale the warm salty water, equally. If when you blow, a lot of mucus is coming out, continue inhaling liquid and blowing nose until no more comes out. If you have time, warm up more water & salt and repeat again after a few minutes. Sometimes the 2nd rinse will yield the best results.
Finish up with some Q-tips up the nostrils to swab out anything remaining. You may go through a lot of Q-tips!
As an example, a 6-month-long sinus infection with fevers of 105 that my son had was cured in 3 days with this method. The doc had put him on 55 days of antibiotics with no improvement! After curing it ourselves, we no longer gave that doctor our business.
FYI - Since the 'Plandemic,' my children and myself take NAC, D3, Vit C, Zinc, Quercetin & Turmeric daily along with weekly Ivermectin to ward off the 'Coof' and viral shedders.
Hope this helps.
How do you take that much C without getting the shits? When I was sick last I could do 2000 mg a day but I usually can’t do 1000mg more than a a few times a week.
Have you tried liposomal vit c? I'm using 3000mg a day with no problems. You can make your own.
No. How do you make it?
I use ascorbic acid, sunflower lecithin and distilled water, in an ultrasonic cleaner
