Isn't the Nevada Bar Association, for example, incorporated in Nevada?
I like how you're thinking, I just have trouble concluding that all lawyers will be stripped of their citizenship because the ABA is headquartered in DC. And calling it a title of nobility seems like a stretch. I mean, we could strip the citizenship of UN Goodwill Ambassadors the same way, or the CEO of Tyco because it's headquartered in the Caymans, right?
It appears to be domiciled in DC. Working on getting sauce. I may have to sue and subpoena Articles of Incorporation or try to get in via deposition.
Not saying that the judges who also are former members of the Bar would ever allow anyone success, but SCOTUS might enforce it as they have original jurisdiction on all Constitutional matters. I believe it would be an emolument, and it might already be covered under other parts of the Constitution as well. Unlikely it could be applied en masse, but could be applied against lawyers who have violated your individual Constitutional Rights, and one win would get all lawyers to back the fuck off and start complying with the Constitution immediately.
I believe you just have to prove it is a "special privilege with benefit" provided by a foreign power. We will see. I may file some lawsuits and see how much damage I can do.

Thank you—not a lawyer here, but following along as best as I can to see what you’ll find out through your work. Much appreciated.
