What IS the kicker here is this: Admirality Law has been the rule for a long time since the Crown assumed the bankruptcy after the Civil War (the War between the States). Common Law went bye bye and now the Lords of the Chamber wear black robes to honor the Crown. It may take decades to restore Common Law...
