Good socioeconomic intelligence test as well. We found out most people are just fucking stupid and have no critical thinking skills whatsoever.

I guess surveys will have to be made to determine if their non-compliance was due to superior mental reasoning skills, or just plain old "fuck you whitey I won't do what you say".
