I am old enough to remember when Gates met Peter Norton and they conspired to put viral code into DOS 3. People needed "Norton Utilities" to clean it up. Then they infected Windows 95 with 150 viruses on the CD edition. And along came Norton Antivirus. My best friend used to smoke pot with Paul Allen at his cabin on Lake Washington back in the day. Paul inved a huge barrel disk to store data. He was excited about it. Gates was always a fucking moron. They were always obsessed with virus and viral activity. They TOLD our computer group how to back up the .ini file from the DOS disks so that we could pirate them. They got DOS on to more computers this way. For every ten pirated, three sold legitimately. This is how Gates used viruses to beat out WordPerfect as the word Processor of choice.
