Alphabet Inc-owned YouTube said on Tuesday it lifted restrictions on former U.S. President Donald Trump's channel, following a more than two-year suspension after the deadly Capitol Hill riot on Jan. 6, 2021.

You can easily look up the dislikes, one is an extension on firefox and the other is a webpage https://jabrek.net/dislike-en/ but I get the idea, put it back where it was so everyone can see how disliked someone is.
