This statement reminds me of the Department of Education. FAILURE MEANS WE DID NOT POUR ENOUGH MONEY INTO THE FAILURE. WE NEED TO POUR MORE MONEY INTO EDUCATION. THINK OF THE CHILDREN!!!! LIBRAL TROTS OUT AND USE THE CHILDREN AS SHIELDS.
