A former federal prosecutor said Saturday that former President Donald Trump's post on Truth sharing details of his arrest could affect chances of getting bail and conditions for release.

If he's indicted in NY, isn't there an extradition process? He's handed over to NY Justice, he would be dead 10 minutes later.
