Kids shouldn't be in public school to begin with. You give your kids to the government, the government can say or do whatever they want. "Do it anyway, apologize later" is their motto. They got what they wanted with this kid (and all the kids in her school). GET THEM OUT OF PUBLIC SCHOOL.
