It says "upon the arrest announcement of Mr. Podesta..." So, picture the scene - MSM set up somewhere - and a Mr. Podesta walks up to the mic and says, "Today ___ was arrested."

Clearly, every post can be examined from several angles, and some of those will be fruitful. Doesn't hurt to entertain even some unlikely ones and also to remember that there is intentional disinformation put out to throw the DS off. Hopefully we'll all get to find out soon, shit's getting dire out here.
