What happens if he is able to father 2-3 kids (1 is more likely due to how fast acting the vaxx can be) and then drops dead from a stroke or heart attack. That's not a very good situation either. I guess you have to make sure you have a really good life insurance policy on him, but money does not replace a father.
I'd say by a similar argument, if you're a man looking to get married and have kids, vaxxed women might NOT be the way to go.
