That’s actually not true.

Fully depleted uranium is all U238 with no amount of U235.

U238 has a half live over 4 billion years but will eventually decay to lead, there are many sources for this. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uranium%E2%80%93lead_dating

Of course. But fully depleted uranium refers to U238 with no amount of U235. Fully depleted does not mean non-radioactive.
