We tried for years and recently got a set of twins underway. The only things we can think of that may have helped are intermittent fasting, I (the father) stopped drinking beer and switched to hard cider (no hops-estrogen), we both started taking the spike protein pills from the wellness company to combat people shedding on us, and we stopped keeping our cell phones in our pockets. She thinks it's the pills because she's had various "vaccines" (flu and tetanus) flu to work for the hospital and tetanus for a cat bite. She stopped accepting their jabs once I woke her up during the covid jab shit, so it's been a few years. Good luck!

Thank you. Her problem is not conception. In fact, she has conceived twice with two miscarriages. Her uterus is shaped like a heart instead of a triangle, which she had corrected with surgery last year. Now we are waiting for her to conceive again, and hopefully it "sticks" this time.
