She is the one in the video massaging Hunter's penis with her feet. We couldn't see who it was at that time.

A short time later we were shown a picture of Natalie at a Biden residence in California Hunter was staying at with a couple of her young friends. Natalie was sitting on the pool with her feet on the first step. They zoomed in to her feet and the very characteristic feet that were in that video belong to her.
